TENGU DIVISIONS AND ROLES

As of 21 April 2025, the Tengu organization at Mahoutokoro Institute has undergone a structural transformation. The former tripartite system comprising Daichi, Daini, and Daisan has been officially retired. In its place, Tengu now operates as a unified body, where members contribute collaboratively across a broad range of institutional responsibilities without structural division.

This integrated model encourages adaptive teamwork, cross-functional participation, and leadership development. All assignments are treated as distinct projects, allowing members to cultivate initiative, accountability, and practical skill sets. Oversight is coordinated directly with the Tengu Advisor and, where necessary, the Headmaster of Mahoutokoro.

Tengu no longer functions through separate divisions. It breathes as one, moving in unison, growing through shared tasks, and evolving through project-based learning. Every assignment is an opportunity to lead, not merely by directing others, but by taking ownership, setting an example, and transforming ideas into tangible results.

Graduates of Tengu leave not only with completed works but with the leadership experience and institutional knowledge necessary for future academic or professional endeavors.
